Our Packages

At Waratah Funeral Receptions we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We have created a mixture of food and beverage options to help simplfy your choices so you can focus on the things that are most important to you. We also know that you may have something special or siginifcant that you would like for the day, so please contact us and we can accommodate this for you. All our packages and venue hires are priced on the page for your convenience.

Venue Hire

Venue hire includes, 3 hour time period, tea, coffee, juice, water and sparkling water. Set up of chairs, upto 160, trestle tables, white table cloths and parking attendants.

Small Ballroom up to 60 Guests $695.00

Large Ballroom up to 100 Guests $1295.00

Whole Venue up to 160 Seated Guests 100 + standing with a maximum of 300 guests $1995.00

A selection of hot finger food, sandwiches, mini cakes and fresh fruit and cheese platters

Package 2 $29.50 per person

A selection of sandwiches, mini cakes and fresh fruit platters

Selection of mixed hot food including, mini beef pies, spinach and feta puffs, pumpkin and feta arrancini balls, chicken croquettes and salmon and vegetarian quiches.

All of our sandwiches are made on freshly baked mixed breads with a range of toppings including, egg mayonnaise, tuna, chicken mix, ham and chutney and salad.

Our cakes include a range of, chocolate, shortcakes, ginger bake, carrot and berry. All made by our dessert chef.

Cheeses include a mix of brie, cheddar, smoked and hard cheeses. Fruits are all based on seasonality of fruits including, berries, melons and citrus.

Drinks List

All life celebration receptions require a minimum spend of $500 (this can change depending on final numbers)
